Curaçao’s Knip Beach was mentioned among the best in the world, beating the famous sands of Hawaii, Tahiti, Greece and Brazil.
Caribbean360.com mentioned the 25 best beaches in the world. From a list of 25 best beaches, judges from Passport Magazine awarded Curaçao’s Knip Beach with the 8th place. In his review of Knip Beach, Rich Rubin editor at Passport Magazine concentrated more on the natural beauty of the shoreline along the northwest coast of Curaçao. Two Caribbean beaches have been named among the best in the world and Curaçao got 8th place while Cuba’s Varadero came in 7th. Curaçao’s beaches and diving spots are an important part of the tourism product that the Curaçao Tourist Board (CTB) promotes overseas.Congratulations, Curaçao!
