Room Tax
On January 1, 2016, Roomtax (Logeergastenbelasting) is included in the National Ordinance on Sales Tax (Landsverordening omzetbelasting 1999; P.B. 2013, no. 52).
“Sales Tax” (Omzetbelasting or OB by its Dutch acronym) is levied by the Tax Inspector of Curaçao. The Curaçao Sales Tax rate is 7 percent.
